Pilates is so effective because it is precise. Although I give as much individual attention as I can in group classes, during a 121 you'll build your body awareness much faster. I can tailor the sessions to fit your needs, and build you a program that you can practice in your own time. Whether your a beginner or advanced, you'll discover more depth to your practice, and learn how to manage your own postural quirks, with some 121's. If you'd like sessions at your home with a small group of friends, that's a fun way to stay motivated.
